PowerHaus Pilates Lab is an exclusive, boutique space that specializes in private and semi private sessions.

 

Our studio’s intimate setting allows members to let go of the outside world and become fully immersed in their sessions. The studio is fully equipped with Gratz + Legacy apparatus to create a well rounded practice.

 

At our core, we're Classical Pilates. Our team of instructors are all 3rd generation classically trained through Alycea Ungaro's Real Pilates and we've got thousands of hours under our belt. We approach each session thoughtfully, tailoring Joesph Pilates' original work to meet each client's individual needs and challenge their body.
