OUR STUDIO
We're Classical.
New isn’t always better. Like vintage motorcycles and Chanel suits, our Pilates training practices are in conversation with their history. Timeless. Enduring. Chic. We employ a variety of techniques to achieve client goals through time-tested methods that honor the core, classical Pilates principles: breathing, concentration, centering, control, precision, and flow.
ABOUT
JULIA LENO
Owner + Instructor
Instructor Julia Leno found Pilates in 2015 while pursuing her degree in Interior Design from Sam Houston State University. She is comprehensively trained and certified through Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates Teacher Training program.
Taking her curious and playful personality into her work, Julia takes an exploratory approach into each session, finding ways to make each exercise potent and feeling new to her clients - even if it’s their 100th session. She regularly expands her knowledge base through personal research, practice, and learning directly from her peers and industry experts.

ABOUT
ELIZABETH GRAHAM
Haus Instructor
Instructor, Elizabeth Graham, found Pilates roughly seventeen years ago, shortly after graduating from law school. She was looking for a way to stay active and found that Pilates not only challenged her physically, but also challenged her mind.
After many years as a devoted practitioner, Elizabeth decided to become a teacher, and is now a comprehensively trained third-generation Pilates instructor, certified through Alycea Ungaro's Real Pilates. In each session, Elizabeth strives to challenge her clients by pushing them to work to their full strength, while making sure that they laugh at least once every session. She works to get to know each of her clients individually, so that each hour spent in the studio is a specialized and unique experience, targeted towards meeting each client's goals.
