Haus is about building deliberately and we're always looking for bright and talented instructors to join our ranks.

Our instructors are not just teachers, but also practitioners of the method, stewards of the system, and part of a team that values precision, presence, and continued growth.

We are currently seeking fully certified classical Pilates instructors from any lineage who are committed to teaching the method on classical equipment and with a deep respect for the work.

This is a space for instructors who care about getting it right and getting better.

Our instructors:

Teach classical Pilates exclusively
Are confident using hands-on cueing to guide and refine movement
Value structure, flow, and progression
Are collaborative, grounded, and leave ego at the door

Haus is a supportive environment, but it is also a high-standard one. We are here to refine the work, not dilute it.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

We believe in transparency. All Haus staff are W-2 employees.

Haus Instructor — starting at $50/hour
Haus Instructor II — starting at $60/hour

We encourage instructors to build toward a full-time teaching schedule (~25 hours/week, max 5 days/week) and offer incentives for those who do. Part-time instructors are also welcome.

As Haus grows, our compensation structure grows with it.
