Haus recommends arriving at least 5 minutes early to get settled and ready for their session. Out of respect for everyone’s time and safety, late entry for group classes is not permitted 5 minutes after start time. Late entry for private sessions is not permitted 10 minutes after start time.
This rule is upheld without exception.
LATE CANCELS & NO SHOWS
All private sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
All classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within their respective windows and no-shows will incur a penalty, as follows:
-
Late Cancels: class/session credit will be forfeited. If no credit is on file or in the case of recurring private bookings, a full credit will be automatically charged to the card on file.
-
No Shows: class credit will be forfeited and a $25 fee will be automatically charged to the card on file
Late entry after the grace period is not permitted. By booking a class, you agree to these terms. This policy is upheld without exception.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Instructor and class schedules are subject to change; please refer to our app or website for the latest updates. Should any details of your private session need to change for any reason, the studio will reach out to inform you immediately.
WAITLIST
Waitlist is available for full classes. If a spot becomes available, you may be automatically added.
If added from the waitlist, you are responsible for the reservation and the 12-hour cancellation policy applies. Failure to cancel in time will result in applicable penalties.
The waitlist closes 2 hours prior to class start time. No automatic adds will occur after this time.
Please ensure notifications are enabled to receive waitlist updates.
MEMBERSHIP
CANCEL POLICY
Memberships require a 1 month minimum commitment and cannot be canceled, downgraded, or frozen before this period is complete.
After the 1 month minimum has passed, memberships can be cancelled at any time. At that point the membership will not renew one but will remain active through the current billing cycle.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZES
To freeze your membership, please email us at least 7 days in advance with the exact dates and length you want to freeze. It’s the client’s responsibility to provide these details, no exceptions.
-
Recreational freezes: can pause up to one month; longer freezes will need to cancel their membership and re-enroll. When you unfreeze, you’ll keep the same time and credits you had left.
-
Medically necessary freezes: can pause as long as medically necessary; a doctor's note will be required to determine the length of the freeze. When you unfreeze, you'll keep the same time and credits you had left.
Note: If you get billed before your freeze is confirmed, we cannot refund it. All sales are final.
INJURIES & PREGNANCY
Our group classes are not designed or suited for clients with severe injuries, limitations, or advanced pregnancy. For the safety of yourself and your instructor, please consult with studio ownership about if you are a good candidate for group classes or if private sessions would be a better fit.
Clients with mild injuries, limitations, and pregnancy in the first trimester should inform their instructor upon arrival to discuss any necessary safety precautions or modifications for the session.
RETURN POLICY
All sales of classes, memberships, event tickets, workshops, and retail items are final. No refunds or exchanges are available once a purchase is made.
LOST & FOUND
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact us promptly if you believe you have left something behind.
Should the studio find personal property left behind, we will keep it for up to one week from the date of finding. If not claimed at that point, the studio will throw away or donate any and all found items.
PHONES & CONTENT
To ensure client focus, phone use is prohibited during classes. Recording will require permission from studio management and instructor prior to the start of class. Recording devices must be set up prior to the start of class and cannot be in the way of the instructor. Video must not include other client's faces or bodies to protect their privacy.
Additional photos and videos may be taken before or after sessions/classes. Please be mindful of others in the background.
WAIVER
All clients are required to sign a Waiver of Liability and Informed Consent Release prior to any private session or group class at the Studio.
